On Test Case Designer, if using Safari, the bulk button on the Parameters tab doesn't always work.

How to reproduce

Open Test Case Designer and open a model
Open the Parameter tab and click on the bulk button

Actual result/Attachments

It is not always enabled. Check the gif attached.

Expected result

The button should always work.
