While creating a test, missing the mandatory field "Test Repository path" and hitting on create button makes the Test Repository Path Field greyed out

While creating a test, missing the mandatory field "Test Repository path" and hitting on create button gives a warning "Test Repository Path Field is Mandatory" but the field gets uneditable.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Make the Test Repository Path field mandatory
2. Click on the Create issue
3. Keep the Test Repository Path field Orphan
4. Click on the Create button
