It should be possible to add Defects to a particular example when running Cucumber Tests with Scenario Outline

It should be possible to add Defects to a particular example when running Cucumber Tests with Scenario Outline.

Currently, for Cucumber Tests is only possible to assign Execution Defects. This feature should be similar as we have Test Step Defects.
