Description

During results' import via REST API, when creating Test Executions/Tests, Xray is not checking the Workflow validators.

Pre-conditions

1. Go to your Project's workflow, select the Create transition and add some validators.

How to reproduce

1. Import results via REST API with whichever endpoint

Actual result/Attachments

The import returns 200 OK and no message.

Expected result

Xray should check the validators associated with the Create transition.
When creating via UI, the Test Execution is not created if the validators are not fulfilled.
