      Description: 
      The browser is crashing every time user is trying to add a PNG file under Test Step evidence.
      Pre-conditions: NA

      How to reproduce

      1. Jira server version 9 or above accessed over Citrix and on Chromium versions 111 and below.
      2. Upload a PNG file under Test Step evidence.
      3. The whole browser froze and stop working.

      Expected result.
      The browser should continue to work.
