When minimizing the window of Test as well as Test Run, the Test steps data is getting cropped.

Description
**

When the Test run window is minimized, the test steps data is getting disappeared/cropped, and cannot find scroll bars to scroll the test steps.

How to reproduce

1. Create a test.
2. Add test steps (like a paragraph or include more than 10 lines).
3. Create an execution and Execute the Test.
4. On the execution page, the test steps data will disappear when the window size is minimized.

Test step data is missing/cropped when the window is minimized.

Expected result
When the Test or Test Run window is minimized, the Test Steps data should be visible completely without missing.

Expected to get scroll bars for test steps in the Test execution page when the window is minimized.
