Existent Pre-Condition cannot be added on the search or select tab

Description

When Filtering Existing Pre-Condition to Add to a Test, using Select and Search tabs, no issues are returned.
However, if it's done using the JQL it's possible to find the Pre-Conditions.

How to reproduce

1. In a Test, press Add Pre-Conditions
2. Then You choose Existing Pre-Conditions
3. Use the Search or Select to add a Pre-Condition

Actual result/Attachments
There are no Pre-Conditions available.


 However with JQL it works:

Expected result

Should appear the suggestions when searched.
