Unable to create Test Step Custom fields and Test Run Custom fields after Jira upgrade

Description

After updating Jira (from 8.14.0 to 9.8.1) and Xray (From 6.5.0 to 7.0.1-j9), unable to create 'Test Stpe Custom Fields' and 'Test Run Custom Fields'

Project >> Project Settings >> Xray Settings >> Test Step Custom Fields/Test Run Custom Fields.

Expected result

Create button should be enabled for Test Step Custom Fields and Test Run Custom Fields in the latest versions (9.7 and above) of Jira.
