It should be possible to force the import of results when new Tests will be created, even if the status associated to the Create transition is set as disallowed to be executed.

If, when importing results, new Tests will be created; however, if the first workflow status is set as Disallowed to be Executed, the import fails.

We should investigate if there is a way to force this import.

Client's feedback:

In the general settings we restricted the tests only to be executable when the tests are in status “Ready”.

This now cause a problem in the import:

missing test is automatically created in status “New”
import of test execution fails, because automatically created test is not in status “Ready”
