The Date and time is not updating in JQL Updated field when adding Preconditions and Test Sets to Tests

When adding Pre-conditions or Test Sets to a Test, the time and date are not updated in the JQL updated field but are updated in the UI.

How to reproduce

1. Add pre-conditions/Test Set to the Test.
2. Check the Updated field in the UI.
3. Check the Updated field in the JQL.

Update with a client Test

• Create a Test
• Create an Execution Test for that Test with the “Execute in“ button
• Create a Test Plan for that Test with the “Add Test Plans“ button
• Until that, both endpoints have the same updated date
• I add a Test Set with “Add Test Sets“ button and the endpoints are no longer synchronized
• The endpoint /rest/api/latest/search?jql=id= {id} is not correct
  * But the endpoint /rest/api/latest/issue/{id}

  indicates the correct update date.

Actual result/Attachments

The time and date of the recent update on the Test should reflect on the field(updated).

Expected result:

The time and date of the recent update on the Test is not getting updated.
