Xray log is displaying the design step id but not the original test ID

1. Xray log is displaying the design step id but not the test ID for failures with respect to attachments and other errors . Add Jira Test Id

Customer is unable to debug using the design step id in either ALM or Jira , it is difficult for them to debug error cases out of 1022 tests migrated in the below screen shot
