Iterations in Header are not working when we have images

Iterations are not working when we have images inside the Template Header.

Steps to reproduce error:

• Create a new Word Template
• Add a Header
• Add a new image to the header
• Add a new iteration to the header
• Upload the template and generate the report

Actual Result:
