"Where's my field?" button in the "Create New Test" and "Create New Sub Test Execution" is not working

"Where's my field?" inside the "Create New Test" and "Create New Sub Test Execution" is not working.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the "Create New Test";
2. Click on the "Configure Fields" button;
3. Click on the "Where's my field?" link.

The following error is thrown:
Uncaught Uknown current dialog ID: raven-create-test-dialog

If you try the same with the "Create New Sub Test Execution" you get this error:
