The list delimiter on Test Case Importer is not working for non-Xray Custom Fields

How to reproduce

1. Create a CSV to import where you want to map two different values for the same field, for example Labels field.
2. When importing, define the list delimiter used.

Actual result/Attachments

Xray does not support the import of two values for the same field. Is necessary to create separate columns for each value.

Expected result

We should support importing lists separated by a delimiter.
