Test Repository path field is not editable while creating a Test issue without filling in mandatory fields

Description

Test Repository Path field is not editable when clicking on the 'Create' button of the Test issue without filling in some mandatory fields.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. Open the Create issue window.
2. Leave some mandatory fields without filling in any data 
3. Select any folder in the 'Test Repository Path' field.
4. Click on Create, we can see the error message to fill in the mandatory fields.
5. Try to edit the 'Test Repository Path' field.

Actual result/Attachments

Test Repository Path field is uneditable

Expected result

While creating a Test issue, the 'Test Repository Path' field should be editable after missing to fill mandatory fields.
