As a system, the Xray calculator performance should be improved to avoid High CPU consumption in the Jira server.

When multiple imports or automation pipelines run simultaneously, even having a low number allowed on the "tread pool size" under the  Manage Apps/Miscellaneous, it still causes high CPU usage.

In this case, the Xray calculator should be improved.
