Hide legend for Pie Chart in the Test Gadgets

When there are many test statuses, the pie chart legend may occupy too much of the canvas area.
This can make the chart less readable and cluttered. Therefore, it would be helpful to have an option to hide the legend and only show it when needed.
This way, the chart can display more data and look cleaner.
