Overall Test Status gadget should remove tests not in execution scope when using versions & test plans

To avoid a large number of tests in the overall test status gadget, it should be possible to have additional filtering into the gadget like: test plan, test environment. This will means a higher efficiency, as it avoids creating saved filters for each test plan, environment, etc in order to get the same outcome.
