As a user, I should be able to customize the requirement status calculation as per my need.

Hello Team, 

As a User like to customize the way Requirement status is calculated depending upon the number of Test Case statues under it. 

for example, if there are 100 Test cases under a requirement, I should be able to decide to change the status of the Requirement, if a particular number of Test cases came under a pre-defined status.
