System-generated issue archived events are disappearing from the event list frequently which is causing the script failures.

How to reproduce:
System-generated issue archived events are disappearing from the event list frequently which is causing the script failures.
it will appear again when we create an event manually using the issue archived template but it will stay for some time and disappear again.
