Test Case Designer syncronization fails if the Test has a different issuetype name.

Description

When synchronizing Tests from Test Case Designer, we are only accepting and validating the sync if the issuetype is called Test. If this name is changed, for example, to Test Xray{} a message stating the synchronization failed is thrown.

Pre-conditions

Change the Test issue type name to Test Xray.

How to reproduce

1. Create a model on TCD and synchronize it with Jira.

Actual result/Attachments

It will fail with the following error:

Expected result

The TCD should get the Test issuetype by ID and not Name. The import should succeed.
