Test Version custom field column is showing up on some Issues even if Xray Enterprise is not instaled

Description
Test Version custom field column is showing up on Preconditions and Test Execution Issues tables even if Xray Enterprise is not installed.

Preconditions: It always shows up on the Test Panel
Test Execution: The Test Version field can be added as a column in the TE tests table.

This behavior was replicated on both an Xray instance without Enterprise and an Xray instance that had Enterprise but was later disabled. 

How to reproduce

1. Add tests to a Precondition Issue and a Test Execution Issue.
2. Check the Tests panel for the Precondition.
3. On the Test Execution:
   1. Open the Columns tab for the Tests panel table.
   2. Search and add the "Test Version" field.

Actual result/Attachments

The "Test Version" field is visible even if Xray Enterprise is not installed
