Kanban board comment section is affected when the Xray version 7.3.0-j9 is installed.

Description

Pre-conditions

Xray 7.3.0 to be installed.

How to reproduce

1. Create any issue(Xray or Jira).
2. Click on the Kanban board.
3. Click on any issue.
4. In the comment section try to mention users "@"

Actual result/Attachments

• Users list popup is not displayed.

Note: 

It is also happening in the

• Description on the board section.
• Issue transition with a screen that contains Description or Comment.

Expected result
The user list popup should be displayed when we type "@".
