On the Columns dialog when I press the "Cancel" button, the checked items are not being unchecked.

Steps to reproduce:

• Click the "Columns" button;
• Check some available items;
• Click the "Cancel" button;
• Click again in the "Columns" button;
• The items that were selected previously are still checked.

This happens in Test, TestExecution, TestSet and TestPlan
