Bug with Xray 7.3.0-j9 - "test parameters" menu item appears in comment bar

Description

In the comment section of any issue(either Jira or Xray), then, in the comment section, test parameters drop down is shown.

Pre-conditions

Xray 7.3.0-j9 to be installed.

How to reproduce

Open the comment section of any issues - Xray or Jira issue

Actual result/Attachments

The comment section shows test parameters drop down

Expected result

The comment section should not show test parameters drop down
