Some testcase steps get same step number

Hello,

we are currently using your plugin with a 10 user licence. We are planing to buy a licence for 100 users.

After using your plugin for some test cases, we have encountered that the step numbering is not correct at all. As you can see in the screenshot, some steps have the same number. I think, it is has something to do with deleting existing steps and creating new ones.
