As a user, I should have Xray JSON format accepts ISO 8601 format, standardized date and time format as well.

    Description

      When we try to import Xray JSON files via REST API, it fails if the time format is ISO 8601 format, standardized date and time format.

      We need Xray to accept ISO 8601 format, standardized date and time format  as well.
