When exporting a Test Step Action field with a Heading from a Test inside a Test Plan, it doesn't work properly in Word

Description
When exporting a Test Plan that contains a Test with a Heading in its Description, the template gets badly formatted on the TOC and also on the body.

How to reproduce

1. Create a new Test issue, select the Manual type, and put a Heading on the Test Step -> Action field.
2. Add the Test to a Test Plan and execute it in a new Test Execution
3. Export the Xray Test Plan Report template on the Test Plan.

Actual result/Attachments
Opening the exported file, you can check the TOC that is badly numbered, and the Action field of the Test places a numbering before the field text.

Expected result
It should export the Heading without badly formatting the template and without the numbering on the Action field.
