      Description

When creating a Test Execution from a Folder of the Test Plan Board or Test Repository in a Project that doesn't have the Test Execution issue type, when selecting the respective Project to create the issue, the field Tests association with a Test Execution is not pre-filled.

      How to reproduce

      1. Create a Project without the issuetype Test Execution.
      2. Go to Test Plan Board/Test Repository, select a Folder containing Tests, right-mouse click and select Create Test Execution.
      3. On the Create Screen, select a different Project to create the Test Execution issue.
      4. Check the Test Execution details tab.

      Actual result/Attachments

The field Test is empty. Nevertheless, if we close this screen and repeat the process, the Tests field value is then updated because the target Project is now presented, and the info is there.
It seems the information is lost if the original Project does not have the Test Execution issuetype since, by default, we always show first the Project from where we are starting the creation.

      Expected result

The Tests field should present the Test keys from the Folder.
