Description

When Migrating to Cloud
1. When migrating data to Cloud, the setting is ignored and all data is migrated and in case wrong Scenario, then the default "Scenario" is set as cucumber type;
When a user has the Gherkin validation explicitly disabled in Xray settings, no validation error should be thrown
