As a user, I should be able to select a future date in the End Date column in the Tests Evolution gadget

On the Tests Evolutions gadget, while selecting the Custom Date Range, the End Date column has the ability to select until the current date. All future dates are greyed out.

We should be able to select any future date as the end date.
