As a user, I should be able to add/create an issue type to the Test Run, where the issue is not treated as Defect.

If we create an issue from the Execution Details page, then, by default, the issue created is treated as a Defect for the Test Run even if the issue is not added as a Defect issue type.

We need a feature such that the user should be able to add/create an issue from the Test Run such that the added/created issues are not linked as a Defect to the Test Run.
