Create support zip page does not work (Xray + Power Utilities)

    Description

      If both Xray and Power Utilities (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211565/power-utilities-for-jira-workflow-toolbox-for-admins?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview) are enabled at the same time.
      The "Create support zip" box stops being displayed.

      The project sidebar is also loading slowly.

      Disabling either will resolve this issue.
