Images in Pre-Condition Condition are not displayed in Tests or Test Runs

How to reproduce

1. Create a Pre-Condition and add an attachment to its condition
2. Add this Pre-Condition to a Test
3. Add this Test to a Test Execution
4. Open the Test - notice that image is not displayed under pre-conditions
5. Execute the Test Execution - notice that the image is not displayed in the Test Run under Precondition
