Next/Previous Button in Test List of Pre-Condition Not Working

Description: Next/Previous Button in Test List of Pre-Condition Not Working when we add more than 10 Test cases. We can increase the number of cases in the list but when we have more than 100 Test cases, we can't see the 101th Test case. 

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. Create a Pre-condition issue type.
2. Add 11 Test cases under it.
3. Try to click on the Next button under the list, it will not work. 

Actual result/Attachments

Expected result: After clicking on the Next button, it should show the next page of Test cases.
