As a system, the Pre-flight Checker should be able to export the validation results as a report

Currently, when the the Pre-flight Checker validates projects, it will simply output the dependency issues on screen under different sections, and the user needs to expand each section and copy the list of dependency issues manually, in a process that is both cumbersome and prone to errors.

As a system, the Pre-flight Checker should have a button enabling the user to export the validation results (including all dependency issues found) as a report, in a CSV file.
