Incorrect links in Xray top menu icon

Description: When a user tries to right-click on Documentation and Xray Academy in the top Xray menu icon in Jira, and open in a new tab, they are blocked.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Jira instance.
2. Click on the top menu Xray icon, right-click on either Documentation or Xray Academy, and open in a new tab.
3. A black page "about:blank#blocked" appears.
