Description: In the Jira Service Desk, having Power utilities and Xray at the same time makes the SLA field misbehave

How to reproduce
- Install the Xray and Power utilities plugins.
- hover the mouse over the SLA field in the issue view.
- The SLA field disappears.
Actual result/Attachments:
SLA field disappears.
Expected result: The SLA field should remain intact.
