JQL function manualTestsWithoutSteps() doesn't work

Hi,

we have several Manueal Test Issues without Test Steps in our Jira Instance, however the JQL Function "issue in manualTestsWithoutSteps()" does not return any results. This is a Problem for our ongoing Project.
