Shortcut to submit the form is not working in Test Run page for comment

Description:

The shortcut in the Test Run page for Comment Alt+S provides a dialog to choose a parent issue.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the Test Run page 
2. write a comment, but do not submit it
3. Press Alt+s / shortcut to submit the field

Actual result/Attachments:

A dialog window appears to "Choose parent issue".

Expected result:

The form/ field should be submitted.
