Error showing folder test count on test repository

The folder test count appears 0(0) even though it has tests inside

Pre conditions

MySql database

How to reproduce

1. Open test repository

Actual result/Attachments
The folder test count appears as 0(0)
Expected result
It should show the number of tests inside the folder

Version
Validated on version 7.3.0, but most likely it happens in lower versions
