Moving an issue Type to Test throws 500 error

Description
If a Test issue is moved to another issue type, then try to move it back to Test.
It'll throw a 500.

Pre-conditions
Having an issue which is not of type Test

How to reproduce

1. Open a Test
2. Move the Test to any other issuetype
3. Move the new issuetype to back to Test
4. Move the issue to type Test

Actual result/Attachments
Error screen appears and finally, 500 error appears

Expected result
The issue should be moved without any error screens and 500 error should not appear
