Description: After translating the Tests Outward and Inward Description in the Issue linking, we are not able to create a new test under the Story.

Pre-conditions : After translating the Tests Outward and Inward Description in the Issue linking

How to reproduce

1. Navigate to Jira Administration > Issues > ISSUE FEATURES > Issue linking 
2. Edit the link type called "Tests" and translate the Outward Description and Inward Description into the German language. i.e.,  Outward Description = "Tests" and Inward Description = "Getestet von"
3. Update 
4. Open the existing Issue type "Story"  > Add Tests > New Test > Fill mandatory Fields > Create 
5. Test is not getting created and Screen remains the same

Actual result/Attachments : We are not able to create a New Test under the Story.

Expected result : We should be able to create a New Test under the Story.
