When Importing tests with requirement links via TCI, some seem not be indexed and do not show correctly in Issue navigator

Description
If we import Tests with links to requirements via Test Case Importer, some of these seem not to be indexed and show wrongfully on the issue navigator query. 
If we re-index or add/remove a link in the requirement, this seems to index and the results now show correctly.

Pre-conditions
Have scriptrunner installed;

Have a requirement issue;

How to reproduce

1. Import 4 tests with links to the requirement via the Test Case Importer
2. Run a query in issue navigator to find which tests do not have a link to a requirement

Actual result/Attachments

Some of the added tests show in the results as not having a link to a requirement. Only 1 seems to be indexed and not showing

Expected result

Should only show tests without requirements.
