When creating Test Execution of a Test Plan Test, the fixed Version is not inherited

Description

If the Jira version installed is 9.10.x or greater and if you create more than 100 fix versions, the Fix Version will stop being automatically populated when a Test Execution is created.

Pre-conditions

Have installed Jira version 9.10.x or greater

How to reproduce

1. Create more than 100 Fix Versions
2. Create a Test Execution of a Test

Actual result/Attachments

Fix versions after Id 98 stops being populated automatically{}

Expected result

It should be auto-populated with the Test Fixed version
