Unable to remove Pre-Conditions from tests via Edit Issue UI

Description

When editing the test, if we remove Pre-Conditions in the Pre-Conditions tab and save these will not be removed.
But we are able to remove via the Pre-Conditions session in the test

Pre-conditions
Have a test case with Preconditions associated.

How to reproduce

1. Open the Test Case with the Pre-Conditions
2. Click the "Edit" button
3. select the Pre-Conditions tab
4. remove one Pre-Condition
5. click the "Update" button

Actual result/Attachments

No Pre-Condition will be removed

Expected result

The removed Pre-Condition should not show in the tests Pre-Conditions list
