Updating on Preconditions custom fields via REST API does not comply the order of the preconditions attached

Description

When we edit the Preconditions custom field via Jira REST API, the order of the Preconditions is not maintained, and also if we remove the Preconditions, it is not removed.

Pre-conditions

How to reproduce

1. From Jira REST API, try to edit the PreConditons field via Jira REST API
2. Add few Preconditions 
3. Remove a Precondition in another operation.

Actual result/Attachments:

The order of the Preconditions is changed and Preconditions are not removed

Expected result:

The edit operation must comply and the Preconditions must be added in the same order they are added and removed according to the request.
