Description: Test Step columns miss-behave when long text is added.

Pre-conditions: NA

How to reproduce

1. create at least 2 Test Steps
2. Add a long text in any of the columns: action, Data, or Expected Result
3. while adding we see the length of the column crossed the potion of the 2nd step.

Actual result/Attachments: Video attached. 

Expected result: The Test Step column position should remain intact.
