Dialog is appearing incorrectly on remote jobs trigger

Description
A dialog warning message appears every time on the remote job trigger without making any change, or action and without any value present. This is occurring on low Jira versions of Jira 8 (validated 8.0.0 and 8.1.0 on 8.20 and 9.11 it works)

How to reproduce

1. On lower versions of Jira 8 open the remote jobs trigger
