TCD should be able to automatically set Test Step status based on predefined criteria

Add an option that automatically evaluates the Test Step as passed/failed based on an operator inserted value checked against predefined high/low limits.

Option to have the high/low limits dynamically based on operator input from previous steps. E.g. the pass criteria of step 2 is to be within +- 1 (or 1%) of the value noted in step 1.
